HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. It is our effort to fulfill every order as fast as humanly possible. Please understand that everything is processed by hand such as packing, label creation, and quality control etc. We are a team working together as humans to fulfill your order as fast as possible so we do appreciate your patience. WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?
As for right now, we are only currently offering our products to customers located within the United States. Shipping can take 1-3 days depending on your location. We are located in Placentia, CA so if you are down the street from us or a neighboring city most likely it will land within 1 business day, but if you are located in Hawaii for example it would most likely take the full 3 days. We ship via USPS but we do offer express shipping such as UPS if needed.
Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation of your order being confirmed, you will not receive a confirmation if an email is not attached to your profile. Once shipped you will receive another email for shipping/tracking information.
WHAT ORDERS QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
Every order above $80 will automatically qualify for free shipping. If you decide to purchase express shipping, this would disregard the automatic discount applied at shipping.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS & REFUNDS?
Due to the nature of our competitive pricing and the nature of our products. We do not offer refunds. It would cost us more and cost you more to return the products than to keep it. We do strictly enforce this policy so do be aware when placing an order.
If you receive an item damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, as we can access the damage and depending on the damage we can offer you to ship out a replacement free of charge for you.
