Production and Shipping:
- Production can take 4-8 weeks or less, without any delays. However, please note that unexpected circumstances such as production delays, shipping disruptions, or other unforeseen events can occur, and may cause a delay in the estimated production and shipping timeline.
- We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays and to get your pre-ordered item to you as soon as possible.
- Please be aware that if you have ordered multiple items with different production timelines, your entire order will be held until all items are available for shipping.
- We will notify you via email when your pre-ordered item(s) have been shipped, including tracking information.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- All pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order has been placed. If you wish to swap for an item in stock, this can be arranged!
- In the event of a manufacturing defect or error, we will work with you to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Please note that if you fail to contact us prior to placing an order to check the availability of an item, you are liable and will be agreeing to our preorder policies.
